We'll need a few things from you before your child can start class, but don't worry - we've got your back! Everything you need to get started can be found in our parent handbooks.
Our Mandatory Forms
When you register through Uplifter you will be asked to accept two forms before you can finish the registration process. These forms are required by AGF and only need to be accepted once a year for each participant. Our "Gymnastics year" runs from July 1st to June 30th.
The Release of Liability Form helps you to understand and acknowledge the liabilities associated with gymnastics.
The Personal Information Protect Act (PIPA) Form helps you to understand and acknowledge how IGC handles your personal information. IGC will never misuse your child's image, we only take pictures to share with you on social media or our website.

Drop-in Gymnastics Policies + Protocols
To participate in drop-in gymnastics, you need to register through Uplifter. You will be asked to accept two forms before you can finish the registration process. Drop-in Rules
1. Parents must stay with-in arms reach of children ages 3 & under at all times.
2. Children ages 4+ who are fully independent in the washroom may be left in the supervision of the coach.
3. Parents who plan to play on our equipment during drop-in must pay the fee and fill out the waivers for themselves.
4. Flips are not permitted during drop-in!
5. Do not attempt skills you have never tried before
6. One person at a time on any piece of equipment.
7. Parents are responsible for any damage done to equipment or our facility by their child and may be charged a repair, replacement or cleaning fee.
Birthday Parties +
Facility Rentals Info
We offer rentals at both our Olds & Carstairs locations on Saturdays during the school year. Rentals are not available on Holiday long weekends or during summer break (July & August).
To participate in birthday parties or facility rentals, we will require the guardians of each child attending to accept both forms. The Host parent of each rental or party will get a link to "register" for the rental in Uplifter, which they will share with the families of the attendees. Rental registration is free, and includes accepting both forms. These only need to be completed for each participant once a year (July 1st - June 30th). Children already registered in IGC programs do not need to re-do these forms. Please register each child attending.

Email info@imaginegymnastics.com to receive the link to our Party Info Google form & lock your spot down. Please allow a minimum of one week's notice before your desired booking date and one to two business days for a response from the IGC coaching staff. A deposit (e-transfer) of $50 is required to secure your spot after you are informed that a coach has been confirmed for your requested date & time. Full payment is due on the date of the party/rental. Please send all e-transfers for rentals to info@imaginegymnastics.com
